Our Policy:
Cancellations may be made up to 60 days prior to the
class and a full refund will be provided, less a $20
administrative fee. For cancellations between 30 and 60
days prior to the class, $100 cannot be refunded.
Due
to commitments we have to make well in advance to our
conference centers and meeting places, no refunds can be
made for cancellations received within 30 days of the
class start date. No room & board fees are refundable.
*Cancellations must be received in writing or by e-mail.
Any cancellation will be promptly acknowledged once
received.
Returns Policy:
We
will cheerfully refund the cost of product (less the
shipping fees) provided that...

Package is unopened, in it's original shrink-wrap,
and in "brand new" condition.

is accompanied by original emailed receipt. [Keep a
photocopy for your records.]

is postmarked within 3 weeks of the date of your
purchase.
